1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Fire Watch website, client portal, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Fire Watch Public Adjusters provides licensed public adjusting services to help property owners navigate and maximize their fire damage insurance claims. Our online portal allows clients to track their claim progress, communicate with their case manager, and review case documentation.
3. Client Relationship
Engaging Fire Watch as your public adjuster creates a contractual relationship governed by a separate written agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and portal only and do not constitute a public adjuster-client agreement.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content
- Misrepresent your identity or claim information
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the portal
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Fire Watch website and portal — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Fire Watch Public Adjusters and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRE WATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
